Damac has once again demonstrated a fondness for luxury with the launch of a second tower in Dubai’s Safa area, drawing inspiration from the designs of ‘de Grisogono’. This marks the first venture since Damac’s founder, Husain Sajwani, confirmed his acquisition of the esteemed Swiss jewellery brand.
Dubbed ‘Safa Two’, the development will feature twin towers reaching a towering height of 80 storeys each, reflecting Damac’s confidence in the strong demand for high-end residential properties in Dubai’s off-plan market.
The twin-tower Safa Two, spanning over 80 floors, will showcase exquisite designs inspired by the iconic styles of de GRISOGONO, with a distinctive scarlet motif permeating the entire property. Drawing inspiration from a prominent piece in de Grisogono founder Fawaz Gruosi’s collection, namely the 45.39 carat natural ruby ring named ‘Virgin Scarlet’, the architecture promises to captivate with its opulence.
Prices for studios start at Dh750,000, with the project slated for handover in the third quarter of 2027. Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President at Damac, commented, “Safa Two epitomizes exclusivity in every aspect. The theme of scarlet embodies a sense of adventure and excitement throughout the property, appealing to discerning individuals seeking a premium, contemporary, and fully-equipped living environment.”
Meanwhile, apartment prices at Safa One begin at Dh1.6 million, offering another glimpse into Damac’s commitment to luxury living experiences.
