Dubai’s real estate market continued its impressive performance, registering over AED2.4 billion ($635 million) in property transactions on Thursday, following a particularly active start to the week with AED3.8 billion in deals announced on Monday.
On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market witnessed 842 sales transactions amounting to AED1.96 billion, as per data released by Dubai’s Land Department. Additionally, there were 112 mortgage transactions totaling AED487.55 million, along with 17 gift transactions totaling AED30.97 million.
Sales comprised 769 villas and apartments valued at AED1.76 billion, and 73 land plots worth AED195.5 million. Mortgages included 81 villas and apartments worth AED429.3 million and 31 land plots valued at AED58.25 million, contributing to a total real estate transaction value exceeding AED2.4 billion for the day.
